WHAT IS A COACH?
Coaching focuses on personal revelation and reflection; on discovering your own solutions to the challenges your family faces. Our goal as coaches is to help you and your family uncover your true potential and lead a legacy worth celebrating! Coaches provide support through listening with curiosity, asking reflective questions and providing feedback. We hold families accountable with measurable goals and encourage self-discovery for all family members, no matter their age!
EMPOWERING FAMILIES
Our Certified Family Coaches are empowering families to heal, grow and thrive while shaping culture in the process. Our training is experiential and uses a coach approach model to implement more than 60 exercises to help families heal and transform. Certification is based on completion of three courses, passing a knowledge exam and completing one-on-one coaching conversations to ensure proficiency.
WE TEACH FAMILIES HOW TO:
- Communicate with empathy and understanding.
- Live without offense.
- Work together to help one another set and meet goals.
- Speak the truth in love.
- Create a safe, fun, loving and supportive home environment.
- Recognize their unique identity.
- Create meaningful traditions that impact future generations.
- Set up their future generations for success.

We believe as we experience God's design for family, heaven is revealed and culture is transformed. If you want to help equip families to BE as God designed, we invite you to join us for our next series of classes. All aspiring coaches must complete all three courses of Family School.
