• 60 minute Tribe group coaching call (second Thurs of each month from 8-9pm ET). 
• 60 minute community call (third Thurs of each month from 8-9pm ET).
• 90 minute exclusive Family Coaches support call every month (fourth Thurs of each month from 8-9:30pm ET).
• Opportunity to retake any or all of the Family Legacy courses at no cost.
• Invitation to collaborate with our ministry based on skillset, passion and capacity.
• A place to belong with other committed to having healthy families of their own and helping other families heal, grow and thrive, too.
• Access to our private Tribe member portal where you can collaborate and give and receive support with other tribe members.
• ICF best practice training as a coach and facilitator of Family Legacy modules for your family and other families in your sphere, church, network, etc.
• Coaching skillset for your leadership role in any family, business, organization or ministry.

• Annual tribe trips.

Requirements for FRP Family Coaches (each person must):

• Pass coach knowledge exam.
• Pass a 1-on-1 coaching session with Randy or Lesli Bixby.
• Agree to and abide by our tribe core agreements.
• Must participate in eight hours of continuing education, annually. Typically held in Phoenix in Nov each year either in person or via Zoom.
• Must pay annual credentialing fee of $250. (First payment due upon signing up as a Family Coach. Price is per household). Click here to pay.
