Randy and Lesli are co-founders of the FRP, and are ICF Certified Executive Coaches, content developers and facilitators with more than 10,000 hours in coaching and training experience. Randy and Lesli, along with the tribe of Family Coaching Specialists are here to partner with you and your family.  

GARRETT BIXBY

In addition to being a Family Coach, Garrett is also a worship leader at Kingdom House of Prayer Arizona, and co-founder of Love Learn Lead Enterprises, alongside his wife, Destiny.

Garrett is equally committed to assisting families in healing, growth, and experiencing the fullness of God’s design. He infuses creativity and fun into a supportive approach to see your family encounter God’s transformational love!

BRYAN & MEGAN BLOOM

Bryan and Megan live in Phoenix and have been married for 35 years.  They have three children and nine grandkids.

Bryan has been in pastoral ministry for the last 31 years while Megan was a teacher. She left teaching to begin a life coaching business called Freedom to Live.

As a family they have experienced:  loss, addiction, wayward children, challenges in our own marriage, health challenges, PTSD, anxiety, depression, attempted suicide...we've been there.  They're a real family who has discovered genuine hope and healing in The Lord. Together, they're honored to walk alongside your family with its unique challenges to help you discover God's incredible freedom, purpose and identity.

MIKE & DR. ERNESTINE GRAHAM

Mike and Ernie live in Arizona and are in pastoral ministry. They were a part of our inaugural Family School classes. They are thrilled to be Family Coach Specialists with the Family Reformation Project. They have a desire to help lead your family in the pursuit of living your legacy and shaping the culture around you in the process.

GLORIA SMITH

Gloria is married to her husband Lorenzo and is the mother to three young adult boys Lorenzo Jr., Grayson, London and one daughter, Grace. Gloria is a Licensed School Counselor, and has worked with youth and families for many years.  Her desire is to strengthen, encourage and bring healing to the family system, as a Family Coach.

ADAM & LAUREEN SHERWOOD

Adam and Laureen Sherwood are from North Carolina and are parents to two boys, one angel in heaven, Liam, and Luke. They are business owners and have a passion for restoring families back to God's original design as an integral part of their life mission. They are certified FRP Family Coaches and hope to use their testimony to help other families heal, grow and thrive!

MATT & BEV THOMAS

Matt and Bev live in Ohio, and have been married for 36 years and are the parents of eight adult children. They retired from pastoral ministry in 2023 after 40 years of service. "We have always had a passion to do family the way God designed, and we want to help you lead your family in the pursuit of living your legacy and shaping the culture around you in the process."
